1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.igamingbacklinks.site (the "Website") and the backlink services we provide (the "Services"). "We", "us" and "our" refer to iGamingBacklinks.site; "you" refers to the person or company using the Website.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Services

We place contextual, in-article dofollow backlinks pointing to the URL(s) you specify on websites in our publisher network. Package contents — number of links, average domain authority range and delivery time — are described on the Packages page at the time of your order.

  • Domain authority (DA) values are averages measured with third-party SEO tools and may change over time, as these metrics are updated by their providers.
  • The specific publishers used for your order are selected by our team based on relevance and availability.
  • We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic results, as rankings depend on many factors outside our control.

4. Orders

An order is created when you complete checkout. Your order is accepted once your payment has been verified and approved by our team. We may decline an order — and refund any payment received — if the target website contains illegal content, malware, or content that our publishers do not accept.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in USDT and are payable in full in advance.
  • Payments are accepted in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network only, to the wallet address displayed in your dashboard for your order. Funds sent on another network or to another address may be permanently lost; we cannot be held responsible for such transfers.
  • You must send the exact amount shown. After paying, submit the payment confirmation form. Providing the transaction ID (TXID) is optional but speeds up verification.
  • We may change package prices at any time. Price changes never affect orders that have already been placed.

6. Delivery

Packages are delivered within 7 days after payment approval, unless stated otherwise on the order. When delivery is complete we send an Excel report listing the live links to the e-mail address on your account. Order status updates are also visible in your dashboard.

7. Refunds

All orders are covered by our 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm that you have the right to promote the target website and that it complies with the laws applicable in the markets it targets.
  • You will not use the Services for websites that distribute malware, phishing, illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • You will not attempt to contact our publishers directly to bypass the Services or interfere with our publisher relationships.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your identity, your websites and your orders confidential. In return, you agree not to publicly disclose the publisher list in your report in a way that associates our network with link selling.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, design, logos and graphics — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. Articles published on partner websites remain subject to the respective publisher's terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, rankings or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Publishers operate independently. While we place links in permanent articles, we cannot control future editorial decisions, site migrations or changes made by publishers or search engines.

12. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Website after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before taking any formal action, both parties agree to try to resolve disputes amicably by contacting each other in good faith.
